Call for Reviewers

The number of submissions to AJPE has increased over the past few years and the Journal is publishing more articles. More reviewers are needed to meet this increase in scholarly contributions.

Currently, less than 10% of AACP members serve as peer reviewers. We would welcome your participation as a reviewer. To register as a peer reviewer, please go to Editorial Manager at http://ajpe.edmge.com and click on “Register” in the blue banner at the top of the page. On the registration page, click on the grey box titled “Select Personal Classification.” In the checklist that appears, select your areas of expertise. Please select “Book Reviewer” if you would like to serve as a book reviewer for AJPE.

If you are already registered as a reviewer with AJPE, we encourage you to update your information if you have not done so in the last year. Go to http://ajpe.edmgr.com and log in. Then click on the link “Update my information” in the blue banner at the top of the page.

The Journal Editors identify reviewers by a few mechanisms. One is the Editorial Manager system and another is the AACP member directory. We also rely heavily on the AACP member database for selecting reviewers. If you have not entered your areas of expertise in the AACP database, please do so by logging in at www.aacp.org and selecting Edit Member Profile in the green banner on the right. Note: only AACP members have access to this option.
